Description
The gentler of Muntons’ two chocolate malts at 380-440 EBC: cocoa and light coffee with very little bite, and a useful first roast in a mild or a brown ale where a full chocolate malt would take the beer over. Muntons quote only an extract floor for their roasts, so the extract figure here is class-typical.
