Description
Burgundy label, pointed at Bordeaux and claret styles, and the only Gervin strain with a full temperature range on its page: Muntons publishes 18–30 °C, which is warm enough to pull color and tannin out of a red must. Attenuation and flocculation are ours; Muntons prints neither.
