Description
Muntons’ answer to Carapils: stewed to hold on to unfermentable sugar and kilned so lightly it barely colors the beer, under 7 EBC. Body and mouthfeel for a lager, a saison or a brut IPA without the caramel a crystal malt brings. Muntons will take it to a third of the grist, and much further in a low-alcohol beer.
