Description
The darkest roast in the range at 1400 EBC, for color and a hard, dry char. Muntons put the working band at one to six percent and warn that the low extract and fermentability start to tell in the finished beer at the top of it; a cold steep keeps the astringency down. Extract figure class-typical.
