Description
Their pilsner malt, named for the Violetta two-row it is made from and sold by crop year — the ’23 lot took silver in the Pilsen class at the 2026 Craft Malt Cup. Old Nation build a German-style pils on it as the whole grist, which is the job it is meant for.
