Description
A West African millet relative, one of the oldest cultivated cereals on the continent and the fastest to ripen. Delicate and nutty with a light sweetness, cleaner than sorghum and less honeyed than millet. Gluten-free, low in enzyme, and very small-grained, so mill it fine and expect a slow runoff.
