Before you use it
More assertive than lemon at the same weight, so dose it lower. Distinct from makrut lime leaves, which are a different plant part and a different aroma altogether.
Description
Dried lime zest, greener and more resinous than lemon, with a faint bitterness behind the aroma. It is the peel for a gose or a Mexican-style lager, and it pairs with the tropical hops in a hazy pale ale more naturally than orange does.
