Description
Premium white wheat malted the way the barley is, at 81 % extract and 280 WK — the most enzymatic malt in the range. Half a grist of it makes a weissbier; five or ten percent anywhere else buys foam and a softer mouthfeel. Husk-free, so plan the runoff.
