Description
The tightest specification Joe White publish: at least 81 % extract, a 3.1–3.8 EBC color window barely half a point wide, and 300 WK of enzyme against the 200 their ordinary pilsner malt guarantees. Selected lots from named growers, and the one to reach for when a pale lager has to come out the same twice.
