Description
The house pale base and the bag most Australian homebrewers learn to brew on. Kilned to 3–4 EBC and left clean, with 200 WK minimum — enough to convert itself and a sensible share of adjunct alongside. Whole grist for a lager or a pale ale, and it argues with nothing.
