Description
An aqueous solution of pure iso-α-acids from CO₂ extract, standardized at 30 %, added after fermentation to correct a beer that came out under-bittered. Alpha acid is zero and that is not a gap: the isomerisation already happened in a factory, so there is nothing left to convert in a kettle and boil time does not apply to it. Bitterness is figured from the iso-alpha directly.
