Description
Organic heritage blue maize grown by the Ute Mountain Ute Tribal Farm and rough-cracked for cereal mashes and whiskey bills. Anthocyanin-rich kernels carry an earthy-sweet maize character and visible indigo. Moisture is Homestead’s published figure; extract and color here are corn-adjunct typicals, and raw maize contributes no diastatic power.
