Description
Heritage White Sonora soft wheat malted on the Sossaman farm. Nutty-sweet and mildly grainy, with enough diastatic strength to push wheat ratios past what conventional malted wheat allows. Beta-glucan at 130 mg/L means rice hulls above about a quarter of the grist. Published figures are projected pending a lab certificate.
