Description
The palest malt in the Homestead range, kilned gently to keep Maillard character out of the way of hops and lager yeast. Slightly under-modified against their pale ale malt, so a short protein rest pays off in an all-pilsner grist. Ninety-minute boil recommended for SMM. Homestead label these initial-production target specifications rather than a measured lot.
