Description
Two-row pale ale malt kilned a shade past pilsner for bread-crust and light honey without pushing the wort toward amber. Well modified at 85 per cent friability, so a single infusion near 65 °C converts it without a protein rest. Figures are the maltster’s initial-production targets rather than a shipped lot.
