Description
Raw Pacific Northwest white wheat with no enzyme of its own, so it rides alongside a well-modified base malt to convert. Adds body, foam stability and the cloudy haze that hazy pale ales, New England IPAs, Belgian wit and Weissbier are built around; expect a sticky mash and add rice hulls above about 25 %.
