Description
GWM's premium wheat malt, grown in the Pacific Northwest and kilned for a soft, bready sweetness and a published extract at the top of the wheat-malt range. Standard at 50–60 % in an American wheat beer or Weizen; husk-free, so use rice hulls above about 40 %.
