Description
A seasonal, low-color Pilsen-style base malt sold each year from a different barley variety — the 2024 release used Odyssey — with a share of every bag going to the Pink Boots Society scholarship fund. Brews like any clean, high-extract American base malt; GWM does not publish diastatic power, so that figure is class-typical.
