Description
Malted from Odyssey and other barley varieties bred low in glycosidic nitrile, the compound that can carry through distillation as ethyl carbamate — the malt exists for American single-malt whiskey producers, but its high extract and diastatic power make it a perfectly capable pale base malt for beer too.
