Description
Gently kilned Munich, paler and considerably more enzyme-rich than most Munich malts, so it can carry an entire grist rather than just season one. Cracker and bread notes over a deepening gold; 10–30 % for a lift of malt depth, or most of the grist in an Oktoberfest or dunkel.
