Description
A melanoidin-style malt kilned hot for bold, malt-forward flavor: amber-brown, slightly sweet and toasted, with a biscuit edge. Works well up to 40 % alongside a base malt in dunkel lager, Scotch ale, doppelbock or a malty red ale. GWM do not publish diastatic power, so it is treated as spent here.
