Description
A distilling malt bred for maximum enzyme, not flavor: high protein and an enormous diastatic power built to convert a mash heavy with corn or other adjunct. Useful in beer only where a grist needs serious extra conversion power; GWM publish DP but not extract, so the yield here is class-typical; the 260 Lintner is theirs.
