Description
Kilned harder than Light Munich for deep amber color, mild roast and chocolate hints behind a base of toasted biscuit and subtle sweetness. Works up to half the grist in a dunkel lager or bock; GWM do not publish diastatic power for it, so the figure here is class-typical and modest, in line with a malt this dark.
