Description
GWM's own honey malt: deep amber, tart-sweet and fruity in a way plainer kilned malts never reach, with honey and stone-fruit notes over a malty base. A few percent lifts IPAs, saisons, pale and Belgian ales without leaning on crystal malt for it. Diastatic power is not published and is treated as spent.
