Description
100 % malted rye drum-roasted in the biscuit family: toasted and bready with the peppery spice rye brings, and copper colored rather than dark. A few percent adds rye spice to a pale ale or IPA; push toward 30 % for a fully rye-forward amber, porter or stout. Diastatic power is not published and is treated as spent.
