Description
A darker caramelized malt sitting just above Classic, with rich caramel at the front and a faint hint of roast behind it. The reddish warmth and rounded mouthfeel suit amber ales, bockbier and darker lagers. Like the rest of the GoldSwaen range it is drum-caramelized rather than kilned, so it carries no diastatic power.
