Description
Bronze in the glass with an intense caramel-and-biscuit aroma, this is the entry point to the darker end of the GoldSwaen caramel malts. It thickens body and holds foam without straying into roast character, which makes it useful in bocks, export beers and low-alcohol brews that need more presence.
