Before you use it
Chosen over plain Go-Ferm for high-gravity musts and anything fermenting past about 14 percent, where the finish is where the trouble is.
Description
The later Go-Ferm, reformulated to add protection against the stresses that kill a ferment late: high alcohol, high osmotic pressure and the copper and residual sulfur a fruit must can carry. Same rehydration-only use as the original.
