Description
The class, from the median of thirty-seven maltsters' rows: huskless malted rye, spicy and faintly sour, with the drying grip that makes a rye IPA read as leaner than its gravity. The beta-glucans are serious — a quarter of the grist is a lively mash and half of it wants rice hulls.
