Description
The class rather than anybody's product: continental lager malt kilned barely past drying, pale enough to leave a pilsner straw-colored and enzymic enough to carry a grist of adjuncts. The median of the eighty-odd pilsner malts this catalog carries. A named maltster's row will be a shade paler or darker and a few points either way on extract.
