Description
A 350 SRM roast from MT Kidd hulless barley. Losing the husk takes the harsh tannins out of the roast, leaving sweet cigar, coffee grounds and ash rather than the astringency a roasted barley usually carries. Gallatin Valley publish no analysis, so these figures are class typicals.
