Description
One of the original Gallatin Valley malts, from white wheat grown on their Montana farm. Soft and pillowy in the mouth with bread dough, hay, honey and melon, and enough protein to hold a head and a haze. Gallatin Valley publish no analysis, so these figures are class typicals.
