Description
Made from Saale, a barley first grown in the late 1800s and brought back by Montana State University’s barley lab. Honeydew, cut hay and green tea give it a pre-Prohibition character that modern pilsner malts do not have. Gallatin Valley publish no analysis, so these figures are class typicals.
