Description
Award-winning specialty malt made from Genie barley and finished in the roaster. At around 130 SRM it layers cherry, toffee, toasted marshmallow and vanilla over a deep brown color, adding depth without flattening the base malt. Gallatin Valley publish no analysis, so these figures are class typicals.
