Description
A lager strain selected to release and esterify thiols, so the citrus and tropical aroma bound up in the hops arrives in the glass instead of staying in the bine. It is a hop-forward lager tool: pair it with a thiol-rich hop and it pays, pair it with a noble hop and you have bought nothing.
