Description
A lager strain packed with glucoamylase to strip the dextrins out of a light lager: the same alcohol as the yeast alone, up to a fifth less carbohydrate, and a flavor Fermentis keeps deliberately plain. Sedimentation is rated fast. Apparent attenuation is printed at 98–102 %; the band here stops at 100.
