Description
A base malt kilned past pale ale color, so a mild or a dark ale arrives with depth and a rounder, sweeter malt character before a single specialty grain goes in. It converts a grist on its own and can be all of one. Fawcett print no ASBC figure for it, so the color here is converted from their EBC band.
