Description
Maris Otter kilned short of its usual color, for brewers who want the barley’s biscuit and body in a beer that has to stay pale. Fawcett publish it at 3-5 EBC against 5-7.5 for their standard Maris Otter; otherwise it is the same floor-malted barley.
