Description
Malt held back on purpose, under-modified so the wort carries more of the long sugars yeast cannot reach. Body, mouthfeel and foam stability with almost no color and no flavor to argue with the rest of the grist. Fawcett publish only an IoB analysis for it, so the color here is converted from their EBC figure.
