Description
Oats stewed and kilned as a crystal, so the creaminess oats are bought for arrives with caramelized sugar behind it: toffee, silk and a little color at once. Its hull stays on through malting and yields nothing, which is why the extract sits near half its weight and a grist has to be planned around that.
