Description
The brown malt English porter recipes name outright, and drier and more biscuit-like than the crystal it is often mistaken for. Fawcett roast it a shade past their Amber, so it carries toast and a faint coffee edge with none of a chocolate malt's bite. Around seventy Lovibond, and a few percent is enough to turn a mild or a London porter.
