Description
Organic pilsner malt held to Belgian-grown two-row summer barley, sold beside the European-sourced organic grade for brewers who need the origin as well as the certification. It yields a point less extract and is friable a shade less readily than that sibling; otherwise it is the same malt and it will carry the whole bill.
