Description
Fully modified organic pale ale malt, kilned longer and warmer than their organic pilsner for a golden cast and a rounder malt character. Protein and glucan are both low, so it clarifies easily and takes a single-infusion mash without complaint, and it will carry a whole organic grist on its own.
