Description
Dingemans' de-bittered black: roasted hard and then chilled quickly, which is what keeps the astringency out of it. Coffee, cappuccino and cocoa nib without the scorched bitterness a black malt normally carries, so it colors a beer nearly as hard while arguing with it far less.
