Description
Maris Otter malted on the continent: the nutty, biscuity depth British brewers buy the variety for, fuller than Dingemans own Pilsen MD, and enzymatic enough to carry a grist by itself. An odd thing to find from a Belgian maltster, and the obvious pick when a Belgian pale wants a British backbone under it.
