Description
The darker of the two Aroma grades, and the one that brings real color as well as aroma: deep bready malt for a Flemish brown, a barleywine or a dark abbey ale at up to a fifth of the bill. As with its lighter sibling the published 230 WK is the same boilerplate the roasted malts carry, against prose calling the enzyme activity low, so the figure stored is class-typical.
