Description
A long germination and a hard kiln give this one a far louder malt aroma than its 100 EBC would suggest, and it firms up flavor stability and body along with the color. Dingemans allow a fifth of the grist. Their prose calls its enzyme activity low while the analysis repeats the 230 WK boilerplate printed on every malt they sell, so the diastatic figure here is class-typical rather than theirs.
