Description
Kilned a shade past pale on a conventional kiln, which is enough for a light golden hue and a soft bready sweetness without any of the toast a Munich brings. Crisp will take it to the whole grist, and a Vienna lager or an altbier is happier for it. Diastatic power is class-typical.
