Description
Scottish spring barley malted at Portgordon, and the highest-extract ale malt in the Crisp range at 82 % dry basis. Color and nitrogen sit exactly where an English pale ale malt does, so it substitutes one for one and simply gives a point or two more gravity. Diastatic power is class-typical; Crisp publish none.
