Description
Conventionally kilned to a golden-orange, and the point at which the malt starts tasting of itself: bread crust, a little honey, and enough color to turn a lager amber at 30 %. Retains enough enzyme to convert its own starch, so a Marzen can be built almost entirely on it. The diastatic figure is class-typical, as Crisp publish none.
